Proposal for the ISLC-PAIS : Public-Facing Initiative

The ISLC-PAIS is an exciting and vital initiative. Alongside a united scientific and clinical response, we need an accessible, public-facing initiative.

The purpose of this website is to demonstrate how a public-facing initiative, under the wing of the ISLC-PAIS, could help address this. It has been created by and tested with people living with Long COVID.

NOTE: For simplicity and clarity of messaging, this site refers primarily to Long COVID. Similar initiatives could be developed to address other PAIS.

One reviewer described it as “thorough and all-encompassing without feeling dense and overwhelming…huge comfort…demystifying what LC is in terms everyone can understand.” Another described it as “empowering.”

Our aims

  • Help change the narrative by amplifying the messaging of leading experts.

  • Provide a platform that enables experts to communicate their knowledge without the distraction of online harassment.

  • Raise awareness of the ISLC-PAIS’s united scientific and clinical response.
